1. Order Cancellation
1.1 Cancellation Before Shipment
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at hello.mystic.cove.store@gmail.com. If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund to your original payment method.
1.2 Cancellation After Shipment
Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, you may still return the item(s) in accordance with our Return Policy (see Section 3 below).
2. Refund Eligibility
2.1 Refunds for Canceled Orders
If your order is successfully canceled before shipment, you will receive an eligible refund, including any shipping charges. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 15-21 days after the cancellation is confirmed.
2.2 Refunds for Returned Products
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product(s) within 7 days of receiving your order, provided that the items are unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition. Once we receive and inspect the returned product(s), we will process a refund to your original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
